St. Joseph’s Liturgical Dance Ministry

DANCE MINISTRY REHEARSAL AND MINISTRY SCHEDULE 2015-2016

Vision- Through liturgical dance, the ministry will be able:

·        To minister to God’s people through the service of liturgical dance.

·        To help plant the seed of faith, nurture and strengthen the Body of Christ.

·        To encourage praise and worship in and beyond the House of the Lord.

St. Joseph’s Liturgical Dance Ministry is called to be Holy, Blessed, Spirit filled ministers of liturgical dance.  Our mission is to live, praise and worship, witness in the Word.  We are deliberate disciples for Christ, putting on our war clothes and fighting against attacks against God’s people. We live to Spread the “Good News” of the Gospel of the Lord.

St. Joseph’s Liturgical Dance Ministry is open to all members of St. Joseph’s Church who love Christ, who want to spread the Word, are coordinated (or at least have the great desire to learn); have a sense of rhythm and most importantly, who know that they are called and committed to serving Jesus through liturgical dance.  “Let them praise His name in the dance: let them sing praises unto him with the timbrel and harp.” (Ps 149:3)
